Allotment in Reading

I am becoming increasingly time-starved and no longer am able to look after our allotment based just to the west of Reading to the extent I would like. I'm very much hoping that once the children are older and able to do their own thing I can return to it hence I want to explore all options before giving it up permanently.

Does anyone here want to allotment share an established (albeit neglected) plot taking on the bulk of the work for a couple of years? Please send me a message if interested.

Have you thought of asking if you can go down to a half plot?

Good luck

Oh time... never enough. But yes as @lalamumto3 suggests well worth downgrading to just half a plot

I work full time and only get down a couple of times a week - it is doable though - so keep going.
