Could you help advise me?

We've just cleaned our garden and would like to ask if we can grow any easy vegetables this October.

Is there any suggestion?

Thank you

look on the rhs website or google growing veg on a leeds allotment. you can plant broad bean seeds, garlic, and maybe cabbage or purpler broccoli if you can buy plants. overwintering onions. now's a good time to plant fruit bushes.

I have an allotment in Yorkshire - I have just planted out my spring cabbage ( you can still buy plug plants) and will be sowing overwintering broad beans in the next week or so - also planted garlic . Its a good time to dig it really well, and apply some mulch ( compost / manure) ready for spring. If you are sheltered it may be worth sowing some winter spinach ( I've done mine in the greenhouse in pots )
