Codaeum houseplant - Is it ok to keep in the kitchen with sunlight?

Hi there, just a question about my codaeum plant.

It lives on the kitchen windowsill, and according to the care instructions, it needs bright light and warmth, but doesn't mention sunshine.

Directly at the back of the kitchen through the patio door, is our conservatory, where we get the sun for most of the day. The kitchen gets warmth from the sun shining through, but with the conservatory at the back, there is an extra layer of glass for the sun to penetrate iyswim. Will the extra layer of glass weaken the possibility of the sun giving my plant leaf scorch, or should I move it to more indirect light somewhere else?
