The time-honoured method is to leave them on a sunny windowsill.

I put mine in the fruit bowl with some ripe bananas. The banana releases ethylene, which will ripen up the tomatoes. I had no luck with the windowsill method, they went squishy before they ripened.

OR, if they stay green, there are recipes for chutney, etc that use green ones. Sure to be a web site for it somewhere, if you have a look!

Put them in a brown paper bag with a ripe tomato or a ripe banana. The ethylene given off by them will ripen the green tomatoes.

Yy to banana skins. My tomatoes are only just turning red and still growing. N Scotland. So I have chucked banana skins in the bottom of he plants to help ripen them and it is helping for sure!
