Can I revive an acer with crispy leaves?

It's not in a pot. It's mini tree sized.

I think it's called leaf scorch - try Googling to find some advice Smile. I'm not an expert btw.

Mine have all got scorched leaves - they tend to by this time of year. They'll be fine again next year.

Acers, especially cut leaved (disectum) ones don't like cold, strong winds.

It may well be starting to get into autumn mode now anyway, hence losing leaves.

Did it happen suddenly, and had it been all right previously? I assume it has enough water, but not too much!

Through the winter, give it protection if you can.
