I'm in the market for some Felco '12' secateurs, any recommendations where is the best place to buy them?

Thanks!

Why does it have to be Felco? Probably find on-line.

I always use Wolf, for all our tools, and you can get them on-line.

Amazon. Sorry.

Local garden centre. They're ok but not that great. Tbh I'd probably try a different brand next time I buy some.

Thanks for your replies. Will look at Wolf too.

If your gonna give them a lot of use, then get the felcos.

Felcos are easily the best, imo. There is a good reason that they are standard issue at Kew. I buy mine direct from the Felco website.

I also notice they're the ones that Monty and others are always pictured using in Gardeners' World and other magazines. I love mine (although I need to send them back to Felco for sharpening and overhauling, another bonus).

Felco are brilliant. I've used them for fifteen years as a professional gardener and only had to replace them once because I lost them!

I sent mine off to Felco for the service last winter and they came back like new - the dipped handle stuff had been replaced as well as the blades and spring.
So tough and capable. If only I could find a man like that Grin
