scented pelargoniums leaves turning yellow

Does anyone know why this is happening? They are not over wet, are in fair size terracotta pots planted in multi purpose compost. They did not flower much in the summer. They are indoors near a window but not in direct sun. The smell masks the smell of my old doggie so I would like to keep them going for as long as poss.

Can anyone help please? Have given them a little water (cooled boiled water) and they don't look any worse but one is loosing a lot of leaves.

They probably prefer to be outside, I guess. If there are any decent shoots/growth you could possibly take cuttings (look on a dedicated pelargonium site.) So while it is still warm, try them in a warm, sheltered spot outside, or consider in a greenhouse or under protective cloche if you have such a thing.

Lavender might be another possibility to mask smells, but I don't know how that does indoors. If the pelargoniums pick up, bring back indoors, but they will go dormant in autumn/winter anyway I would have thought.
