What do I do with them? I've bought ten seeds from ebay and would like to have this vine trailing over my garden arch. Do I plant five seeds in pots on each side of the arch (I have a large yard with no lawn)?

The RHS site suggests you plant the seeds in spring and keep them warmish until they germinate - kitchen windowsill? You can make a little mini-greenhouse by using an upturned plastic tub or bag over the pots to keep the moisture in.

there are some more detailed instructions here

I would plant all the seeds in seed trays as recommended, hope that you get at least 4 viable plants, and put two or three in each pot when they are big enough to plant out. They will benefit from developing a decent amount of roots before they are put out into the outside world, so let them grow indoors in small individual pots for a while, then in late spring/ early summer put them outside at daytimes and bring them in a night for a couple of weeks.
