What is this plant?

Anyone know what this bush might be? And more importantly if it is poisonous? Thanks :)

Looks like pheasant berry. Not poisonous!

Yes - that's the one as Bertha says although I didn't know it had an informal name. We have one - I think it's in the wrong place in our garden, competing for light with the large purple smoke bush beside it. It grows very quickly and can grow a metre in a year! It's decorative, but I hate it.
