Help Please. There is a white powdery thing on the leaves of my sweet pea. Is it mildew? What can I do ? The lower leaves don't look healthy

Powdery mildew. You can get sprays. You can remove some leaves to let the air get in to help it. I remove some leaves then just ignore it.
