My tomatoes are STILL green

They just seem to be getting bigger and more appearing. I haven't fed them for a few weeks - would feeding help them redden? or is it just the sun?

I've got a gardening book I looked in when mine did this. I think it said that it meant they were short of something like phosphorous. I need to check in my book again, in case it was something completely different! I'll be back later.

our neighbour told us to hang banana skins on the vines to ripen our cherry tomatos.

We now have about 57 tonnes of ripe cherry tomatos though....

No help but my large toms were green for a while and have just started going red. My tumbling toms have been excellent.

On gardeners world last week Monty Don said to cut back the leaves which I have done and there is now signs of them going red.
