trachelospermum (star jasmine) advice

I'm a gardening novice so please bear with me. I bought a couple of small (2 ft) star jasmines today and planted them so they would cover my fence eventually but i've just realised that i didn't soak the root-ball before planting although i have watered the plant. Should i take them up tomorrow and soak and replant or would it be best to leave them as they are?
Many thanks

I'd just give them a thorough soaking where they are. You risk damaging them by digging them up.

Thanks for replying,I'll leave them then. It hasn't stopped raining so that's a good thing at least!

Even though it's raining, worth checking how damp the soil is around them - they may need a bit of help if you've just planted them.
