Buyshedsdirect - anyone had any experience with them?

We have had a problem with an order and no-one seems able to deal with it - is this typical for this company? Phoned twice and each time it was said it would be dealt with - nothing. Have now written - nothing.

Anyone else used them?

Oh dear - think I am now answering my own question. Have found poor reviews on line from people experiencing exactly the same type of problem.

Does anyone have any feedback. Problems that were resolved?
