I don't know about the best place but I was looking at this:

Measure exactly what you need,& go to your nearest timber yard,they can cut it to size,you just need to buy some angled joining straps,& screw it all together,simples

Have to agree with goober- I costed a ready built raised bed 8 by 4- the cheapest I could find came out nearly thirty pound more expensive than the timber and joints to make my own.

Yep, timber yard. Timber cut to size and a few wooden spikes. Couldn't be easier, and considerably cheaper than pre-made stuff.
