Pricing for plant stall

I have grown 200 plus plants for the school fair plant stall and don't know how to price them realistically. MIL was talking about 20p for a tomato plant but I was thinking minimum 50p?!! Garden centre ones were 99p...I have got toms, cucumbers, sunflowers, courgettes, runner beans and sweet peas. How should I group and price the sweet peas? Currently have about 4 plants per square in a largish seed tray.
I live in the SE in a town. Don't like I have enough but going to do the rounds of nurseries etc this week for donations.
Thanks for reading!

I agree with you - charging half the garden centre price sounds about right. 200 plants seems plenty unless you have a school full of avid gardeners.

I've run this stall a few times - people love a bargain so definitely do a multi buy offer eg 50p each or 3 for £1

50p sounds like a fine starting price, you can always drop your prices later in the afternoon if you need to shift some stuff.

Thanks for your answers! How much do you think for a tray of 6 runner beans? It has been a great learning curve for me, I have really enjoyed growing all the plants. Need the house back now though Grin

I'm not sure about the beans! Would £1 be too much? I'll ask DH how much he pays for mini veg plants at the garden centre.
