Our garden is 45m sq does anyone have any idea how much this would cost to have artificial grass supplied and fitted?

Also any advice from anyone who has had this done?

I don't know but the bloke who used to run the community garden that I now manage had a load put into his front garden. And because he didn't clean it properly it now has weeds growing in it. How we laughed.

No idea I'm afraid but watching with interest.

My PIL have a small garden with artificial grass put in around 2 years ago. They really like it and find it very easy maintenance.
One thing to bear in mind is that MIL burnt her foot (blistered, rather painful) last year, when was walked on it with bare feet in the very hot weather as it had heated up excessively - so if you have small kids or cat/dog that's something to bear in mind!
Sorry don't know how much it cost.

We've just had 20sqm put down, but we fitted it ourselves it was very easy. It cost £300 including membrane and fixing pins.

We are very happy with it. We ordered lots and lots of free samples before we chose. Their are many companies that send them out. We used Grass 247 and the service was great.

The burning interests me. Plastic grass is used in a number of places at the school where I teach, and, it being Australia, temperatures routinely hit the mid-30s in summer, often the top end and sometimes 40, yet I've never heard of a child being burned.

Thanks for the replies, we are struggling to decide between getting artificial grass or a gardener.
