Potatoes from last year

Started to weed veg beds and discovered anther crop of potatoes ! Are these any good either to eat or use as seed potatoes this year ?

My dh dug up some of last year's spuds yesterday, then made chips when he got home. Very tasty Grin
If they are not soggy, they should be ok, if you think about it, the old fashioned way to store spuds is in a clamp. Aka a pile of mud/hole in the ground...
They should be good to use as seed potatoes, if you left them in the ground, they would probably sprout and turn into the volunteers that pop up all over the veg patch...
