I've been trying to sprout and grow sunflower sprouts to eat. I am not a gardener or sprouted but I read about them and they sound yummy.
My third attempt just failed. I tried two methods from YouTube and can't work out where I am going wrong. I am using black oil sunflower seeds, which I think is the right thing.
Does anybody grow these successfully? If so, what seeds do you use and what is your method?
