Pressure cleaner recommendations please

Just that really!

Our patio is covered with slippery green stuff. Last year I bleached it and scrubbed with a scrubbing brush.. Fun as that was, I'd love to try a method that doesn't leave me stinking of bleach and bent over with back ache for a week! Any recommendations? Ideally under £100. TIA

Hiya I purchased a karcher washer last year and it worked a treat on my block paving. Think it was more than £100 but definitely beats scrubbing it clean. Got it from eBay.
