Success with cuttings - what next?

We are moving so I've been busy taking cuttings and most have been successful. I had to move them inside as I don't have a greenhouse. This killed off my fushia's but I've managed to grow some more. So how do I deal with them from here on in? I was thinking of keeping them in doors until spring and then putting them in my new greenhouse.

Also, I bunged some cuttings from my Kilmarnock willow in some soil and one has started sprouting! I can't believe it! How do I keep it going??

Let them grow until you see some roots poking out the bottom of the pots, then they're ready for putting on (putting into a bigger pot) or just planting.

If you've got them indoors, remember to introduce themto your greenhouse slowly... Just warm part of the day at first, then bring them back inside for the evening (the boffins call this 'hardening off'). I've lost a few beloved cuttings by leaving them out in the cold too quickly.

I love taking cuttings... Very satisfying when they go!
