Anyone know why my grapevine isn't fruiting?

Was planted several years ago over a pergola, but has never produced fruit, although seems healthy, good foliage etc. It is in a sunny, sheltered spot so don't think that cold is a problem.

Any ideas?

I believe some vines need a few years to establish before they start fruiting. Particularly so if they are very young.

Thanks - will just have to be patient then I guess!

Might need to be pruned when its dormant year, this winter,to encourage fruit. What type of grape is it? That might have a bearing. Mine is a black homberg (very ordinary, eating, easy to look after)for instance, othyer types might be more fussy, or you might just have a male plant!
