Laurel hedge

Help please- my laurel hedge is not thriving. Yellowing leaves and lacklustre growth in places.What should i add to the soil. I know right now water will also help.

I have several laurels which currently have yellowing leaves. I notice the same on other laurel hedges so could well be a weather problem but laurel is prone to yellowing leaves on a fairly year around basis.

If it's really not thriving at all, perhaps feed it and keep well watered or give a dose of epsom salts as that always works wonders for my plants!
