What are your most slug/snail resistant seedlings?

My delphiniums disappeared (even after maturing to have flowers!)
I planted out 5 Zinnia this week and the day after there were only 2 left.
I am a bit disappointed but have noticed that other plants haven't been touched or if they have then only slightly. I thought it might be nice to find out what other people have had success with so that I can buy those next year.

So here are my snail resistant tips for new seedlings:
Scabious (30 grown from seed and now all out in garden)
Astrantia
Nicotiana sylvestris

(Not many I know, but maybe someone else can add?)
