DH finally put my hanging basket up last night

I've only been waiting 2 summers for it but hey ho

I want to go and get some plants for it so ds and I can play with the mud plant it today.

I always see little bedding plants around outside shops at this time of year but I've no idea which to buy. I need easy to look after, please, as I haven't a clue what I'm doing Grin

You can't fail with geraniums in the middle & petunias around the edges (trailing or upright). Water every evening when dry, mix in some general feed & pop a few used tea bags in to retain moisture.

I have violas & pansies this year as I got them reduced at the end of spring. They are lovely, bit I miss the messy curly perm look of petunias !
