Repeating shrub for narrow border

I am planting up an east facing very narrow border and have gathered so far:
mexican orange blossom
mock orange
delphinium (white)
agapanthus (blue)
echinacea (white)
dicentra (white)

Have also got a yellow variegated ivy, clematis and a jasmine to grow up the fence.

My problem is I can see it from the house so need to get something to tie it all together or some evergreens?

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas? I am thinking I need yellowy foliage rather than silver (would have just got 3 artemesia or something otherwise?) I am struggling to picture how it will look..

Variegated box? You could clip it into shapes and they'd provide 'structure' over the winter

Hebe? Pittasporum? Euonymous?

Thanks for the suggestions, almost went with box but the though of clipping put me off! Went for some eunonymous and choisya in the end! It's looking pretty good :)
