Too late for strawberries?

I grew some strawberry plants from seed - about 50 of them! They are small plants now with proper leaves but they are probably only about 2 inches high with a 3 inch spread. Am I wasting my time with them?

Thanks.

Plant them, they will fruit next year if not this. Have any flowered?

None have flowered :(

Def plant them. Mine from years ago now have lots of flowers which are starting to turn to very tiny green strawberries. Hoping for lots more sunshine!

Next year they will. Don't worry, not a waste. I had some seriously deathly looking ones, now fruiting happily.

Thanks. I don't feel so bad now :)
