aphids on my indoor seedlings

How can I control these?

The seeds (night scented stock) have literally been up only a week, so they are really tiny and delicate still, and I can't see them surviving a blast of water. I can't squish the aphids without crushing the stems. Shall I buy some ladybirds? the seedlings are on the kitchen window sill, perhaps I should just put them outside?

I squirted some bigger plants with a solution of washing up liquid and it really seems to have helped. I don't know if they would withstand it if very small though. Perhaps try it on half and plant some more (and put on another window sill...)

I'd get some ladybird larvae - they can't fly so they can't escape. Every time I've bought ladybirds they bugger off to next door's roses...
