We hope to be moving in July and will need to replace the present dilapidated structure as soon as possible. We need a secure shed and are currently unsure of the merits of wood, metal or plastic. Aesthetically, I prefer wood. It will be used to store bikes, bbq, tools etc so MUST be lockable and safe. TIA

gumtree or freecycle

we have a lovely little metal one from Argos - now 15 years old.
The roof lights mean I can see inside it but nobody can see in.

Bikes live in a bike tent, padlocked to a ground shackle.

Tigersheds have loads of choice.

We got a metal one last year on the tesco clubcard exchange , its about 7x8 . Took my husband a day to build ,on his own , but is nice looking and hasn't sprung any leaks . I think its a Yardmaster ,and the customer service from them is excellent.
