Advice with seedlings please

I have tomato, cucumber and strawberry seedlings all over my windowsills. My cat is on a mission to destroy!!! Would it be OK to put them in the cold frame or will this kill them?

Tomato and cucumber will be too cold in a cold frame yet I'd think - tomato just sits and shivers at under 14 degrees. Strawberries should be fine.
