Good quality grass seed please?

I need to grass some bare patches and also an area of about 10 feet square. I want good quality, fast growing, no fuss seed.

Any recommendations.

Is it in shade or full sun? Heavy duty use (ie kids running up and down) or more ornamental?

Sun for most of the day, and yes a bit of a footie pitch for the kids, dogs etc.

You need a seed mix containing rye grass, that says it's for family lawns or 'amenity use'. Any of the big names stocked by your local garden centre should be fine (I think I'd avoid own labels and anything described as economy). Johnson's is good, off the top of my head.
