ooops! is it dead?

I bought DM a lovely wisteria for mothers day BUT on the way home some of the new growth has snapped off. I'm not sure if this is fatal or will result in a stunted mess.

If it's just the new growth that's snapped off, I doubt that it's dead. Hopefully, there will be some new, new growth to take its place.

I agree: should be fine. Maybe tidy up the snapped end - get sharp secetares and snip it cleanly across, preferably at a bud.
