Good morning, could I please pick your brains?
Looking into buying a jasmine plant to plant in a big pot and have grow on my patio up against a fence. Is this a good idea? Which jasmine is best for this? And can I plant any in this month?
TIA

Now is a good time to plant. I would always choose an evergreen variety. They are generally fairly hardy and like a sunny'ish spot.

I love jasmine Smile

Trachelospermum jasminoides has lovely glossy leaves all year round, star-like flowers and a lovely pong. Not as fast a grower as the officinale but worth the wait. Bizarrely the officinale is winter-flowering in Australia.
