Vicarage Botanical Gardens (Manchester) - closed down?

Hi, does anyone know what's happened to the Vicarage Botanical Garden at Carrington (not far from the Trafford Centre)?

I googled it last year, after driving past, but now the website has disappeared, and the phone number is discontinued.

I was looking forward to visiting, but perhaps I've missed the chance

I drove past today and the sign is still up on the main Carrington Rd, didn't turn down the lane so can't be sure it's open but it looked the same as ever from the main rd.

I'll ask my Mum tomorrow, she lives quite nearby and used to go there sometimes.
