Blank garden need a plant list

So it has structure a lawn but no plants who can draw me up a plant list and tell me what to put where?????

Aspect - which way does it face? Is it sunny, shady or both?
The style of garden you want - traditional/country garden/modern and funky
The sort of plants you like - pretty flowers in pastel colours/bright and zingy colours/big and bold architectural plants/trees and shrubs etc
Do you want to grow edible things?
How much time do you have for gardening? Are you after instant effects or are you willing to wait for the garden to mature?
Do you want to spend money to save time or spend time to save money?
