just wanted to moan to fellow gardeners, went to B & Q got a few tubs, few plants etc and had to share my normally peacefull unstressed gardening time with my annoying 11year old ds and very muddy/wet tantrumy 18th month old ds and i mustnt forget the dog who dug up the new plants!

thankyou had to let it all outAngry

Oh no!! did you get eventually get the plants in the ground or has your beloved dog dug them up again?

Ohh sounds like my weekend....putting bark down on beds, only to find ds (nearly three) has thrown it all on the lawn. Dog treats garden like Stalag 17 and spends all his time trying to tunnel out......

upsadaisy (like the name by the way), i eventually put the plants in tubs and stuck those in the border so he cant dig em up, i hope!
i had to use loads of grass seed to reseed patchy lawn from where the dog tears about and digs holes!

before kids i used to love pottering in the garden and would be out daily deadheading everything, never mind, those days will come again. once i rehome the kidsGrin
