Just seen my neighbours cutting their lawn and since ours looks like a jungle and the weather is good....

yes, but only if it's dry. Use the highest blade setting (ie cut as little off as poss)

sorry nbg..I am sure it's ok to cut the grass now if it's not wet and you don't have the blades too low..I think Easter is the traditional time, but lots of people are starting sooner as it is getting warmer earlier.

But if i say that with great confidence then maybe someone else will say the exact opposite.

You don't live in Scotland do you?

No not in scotland.

I love cutting the grass, I don't let dh do it, having said that I don't think I should in my condition Grin.
