30ft Tree suggestions for garden

We are removing 3 mahoosive (80ft) Conifers at the bottom corner of our garden & replacing with a hedge but would like to plant a nice tree in the same corner as a feature.

Criteria is : Around 30ft in height (to mask some neighbouring properties) all year round interest, low maintenance & interest for birds etc. Any suggestions ? Some sort of Maple/ Acer perhaps ?

The Cercis Canadensis , Forest Pansy Tree, is a beautiful tree, which might serve your purpose. However you would have to wait 20 years for the height you want.
It is also not an evergreen, so I don't know about year long interest.
You can buy mature trees at Barchams for instance, expensive though.

Oh, God this is funny. Just seen the other thread on which you say you have a forest pansy. Sorry.
But.. you could transplant that one to the corner!
