Cat repeller advice

One of our neighbours has two cats, they are quite nice and child-friendly (as far as we've seen) but they use our garden and front lawn as their littler tray, unfortunately. They're quite brave as well, we can be right there and they won't move...

I've never had a garden before, so I have no idea which option is best (there are so many!), gels, pepper powder, garlic powder, sprays, sonic repeller, etc.

Any suggestions/advice will be hugely appreciated!

I've used Cayenne pepper with success. Sprinkle it about although in all of this rain it will need renewing. HTH.

Thanks MaggieW. How often do you renew it?

Used coffee grounds are perfect. Sprinkle liberally. If you don't have them at home, pop into a coffee shop and ask for a bag.

Replenish after it has rained.

Oh UNSky that's a good one. I can ask DH to bring some from work. My only worry is with how much it's raining these days, I'll have to do it daily
