RUBBER PLANT

how to look after them?

as i was given one by my mum last year and its in my warm bedroom and in the Summer, its grows adn grows

atm its growing new leaves but the ones that is falling off are the fresh ones (not rotted at all)

what am i going wrong?

i do need to change it pot as its got no holes

don't over water it, dust its leaves regularly and I think they like small pots but yes, it needs drainage.

The first thing to do is repot the plant - poor drainage will be waterlogging the roots (they don't like their roots sitting in water) and won't be helping matters.

Rubber plants prefer bright light but can manage with lower levels, as long as they are getting some natural light. Keep them in a warm room, humid if possible (like a bathroom) - although they will tolerate drier air.

Water rubber trees thoroughly, but let the soil dry somewhat between waterings. Use a houseplant fertiliser during active growth, fertilise more often if the plant isn't in a sunny position.
