Does anyone have any tips about how to keep my box balls as balls- just clipped 2 a few weeks back and 1 is looking sadly triangular :(

They are in pots and roughly 12 inches diameter.

Topiary shears and (unlike box hedges) balls need trimming little & often. You aim to keep them at their size rather than let them grow a lot. You may just have to let it grow out and then shape again. Or "new balls, please", 12" diameter should not cost too much to replace.
