Hosepipe Ban - are you doing anything different?

Yes I know it's rained cats and dogs since the hosepipe ban started but it won't do all summer (I hope).
I normally have 5 hanging baskets plus umpteen tubs and containers which I water lazily with a hosepipe. So I'm not bothering with the baskets as I can't be bothered to water them up with a can.
I won't do quite so many tubs either.
My tomatoes were a failure last year except for the odd ones I planted outside which did well. So this year tomatoes and cucumbers will be outside, and only the chillis and peppers will be in the greenhouse.
Hopefully less watering.

Doesn't matter to me whether there is a hose pipe ban or not - I realise water is a precious ( and expensive!) commodity and I'm always careful with it. I never let water run if its not being used. We tend to have showers, rarely baths. I keep all the water that runs out of the hot tap while it warms up to water my window boxes and tubs etc. So try hard not to waste any if I can help it!
