Can I put my seedlings out yet?

Are there likely to be any more frosts in the SW? I need to plant out some seedlings as they are getting a bit leggy, but am worried about killing them.

Could you stick them out during the day and bring them in at night for a few days? And then leave them outside at night subject to weather forecast for several more days. And finally move them to their place in the flower beds when there is more certainty about frost-free nights.

Yes, I wouldn't be putting them out all the time yet.

All it takes is one, rogue frost Sad

I would do as aibu suggests. Unfortunately there still seems to be the potential of frost into early may. You'd probably be ok, but they will be less vulnerable to slugs if you harden them off for a bit.
