Hi, I have just got my first allotment 
I have planted some savoy cabbages in individual seed plugs as I was keen to get started before all the paperwork was sorted. They have all germinated and are now a couple of cms high. When I plant them into their final position do I just plant the roots in the soil or the roots and the stem up to the first leaves which is what I read in one section of a grow your own book but then it doesn't mention this in the cabbage section so I am a bit confused / unsure!
