Hosepipe ban, and new turf

Am I being over optimistic thinking I can use a watering can to water newly laid turf measuring around 95m2?
What shall I do?
How are the turf growers able to sell it with a hosepipe ban?
Will it be dry when it gets to me, because they can't water it, or are they exempt?
Please help, can't sleep, I neeeed grass, well my autistic son needs it for ot reasons

It's a hosepipe ban, not a watering can ban, or a bucket ban Grin. As long as the water doesn't use a long flexible tube to travel to the turf from a tap, it's fine - enjoy Smile

Businesses like turf growers and car washers are exempt.

95 m 2 = about 100 m 2 so say 5 by 20. OK not tiny but not huge either. Much bigger than mine Grin I reckon you can do it with buckets and watering cans! It's due to rain a bit in the next day or 2 anyway. The people who lay it should advise you. Also grass wants to GROW it is a weed, so it doesn't need pampering like an orchid or something Smile

Keep your bathwater and lob it over in sections with a bucket.

job done

Seriously it will be fine. Just a little more work.
