I have a laurel hedge on 3 sides of a north facing front garden. One side of the hedge (north ) is gone yellow. Why? What should i do/ use to nurse it back please?

I'm no expert but was listening to a gardening programme on the radio on sunday. It's apparently to do with winter damage - we have had a lot of dry Northerly winds this year. Not a lot of advice I'm afraid as it is actually damage to the plant. Install wind breaks seems to have been the helpful advice given Confused

I've now noticed tons of hedges and conifers looking like this recently - even ones that have been healthy for years. I've got the same problem myself. Hopefully someone else will pop up with some better advice. Just wanted you to know you aren't alone!

Sounds like a nutrient deficiency. I also had a laurel which went yellow so watered it with Epsom Salts for a few months and is fine now!
