Firstly, can I lay paving stones on concrete, I have heard that I can but unsure.
Will I realistically be able to put turf down, considering the hosepipe ban that will be in force in the South soon? Do you think it will rain enough to 'root' the turf?
All answers much appreciated....even if you want to slap me with a wet kipper..
