Hello all, need a bit of advice as how to keep slugs away from a grave in a grass cemetry. The cemetry workers cut the grass sometimes with a strimmer and don't look too closely where they're going The slugs are everywhere and any flowers left do not last. There are also rabbits about.
Thanks

Salt is supposed to stop slugs x maybe try sprinkling salt around the grave x I'm always wary of the use of slug pellets as I worry about other wild life x maybe research online see if there is any plant that repels them x

Slug pellets. The new generation is not harmful to wildlife, some are certified for organic use. If you google "Growing Success Slug Pellets" you should find some info.

Pls do not use salt as it is very harmful to the soil and anything in it. It will also kill plants.

here is a link for a range of plants disliked by rabbits

Coffee grounds work very well, to have enough you could ask at your local coffee shop.
