gardening tips for newsletter

Can anyone give me a couple of easy gardening tips for small gardens. This is for a newsletter I am doing. Thanks

What sort of things are you looking for? Design tips or horticultural?I could probably think of some,but not specifically for small gardens.

Use a clear plastic cup to cover a small plant pot. Makes a nice mini-greenhouse and keeps the compost moist - great for seeds or cuttings.
