Got mites on my small indoor fig. What to use?

DH (ex Australian entomolgist) has identified 2 spotted mite (tiny, white, causing the involved leaves to turn brown) on my indoor Ficus.

What do you recommend to treat it?

Ladybirds eat lots of beasties
Otherwise squish them, they make a great crunchy noise, it's surprisingly satisfying
