DD1's pumpkin seeds are sprouting

I wasn't expecting them to she wanted to plant something the other day when I was pottering in the garden so I gave her some pumpkin seeds that had been knocking around for several years. Bugger me if they didn't sprout within 24 hours of being planted. They grow so quickly!

Any ideas on what to do with them? I've got 6. I know it was the wrong time of year to plant them but they were free so I won't be heartbroken if they die. I think DD1 has forgotten about them already

Put them in a huge pot indoors and see how it goes, if nothing else the DCs will see how fast they grow

Thanks, I was thinking I'd have to bring them indoors. I wonder if they'll take over my living room before spring I might give a couple to my neighbours, they have a green house.
